Our stay at Blue Heron Beach Resort was fantastic. The spacious condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and two full bathrooms. The huge balcony offered stunning views of the surrounding area. We especially loved the peacefulness of the resort; it was incredibly quiet, and we didn't hear any noise from our neighbors. The free covered parking was a great bonus. I highly recommend this resort for families looking for a great value and plenty of space.

We enjoyed the small pool, perfect for our young grandchildren, with its shallow depth and the ability for our 2-year-old granddaughter to play freely. The staff was friendly and efficient, attending to repairs quickly. The space of the condo was excellent, and we loved being able to watch the fireworks every night from our balcony. The location was ideal, close to many shops and just a short distance from the attractions, including Downtown Disney.

Spacious and clean rooms with nice views and balconies. Kitchen and pools were great. Close to Disney. Staff was friendly. I recommend staying here.

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The decor in the condo was top notch. The space was more than expected, especially the master bath, it was huge. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. I absolutely loved it and felt at home. We didn't want to leave.
I exercise 4-5 days a week so I was disappointed with the work out room. It really needs some updating... More/new cardio machines and space would be great. And the sanitizing clothes were dried out so they were ineffective.

It is close to all the Disney attractions and is very affordable. The condos are large and beautiful.
The master bedroom tv had a mind of it's own. It would turn on and off by itself throughout the night. The jets in the tub did not work.

Close to food/shoping facilities and at the same time the lake front view. The sun rise view is fantastic.
Every thing was fine but in my particular case the mattress in my bed was too noisy and unconfortable.

the view from the balcony was great. the check in was not good but then Jordan, took care of everything and got us a great room.
the pool is in a bad location as far as sun only there till noon. not may pool chairs. tv did not work right in the livingroom, we were told it could not be fixed as the owner would have to do it.? not good.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. Best aspects include stunning firework views, plenty of room for our family of 6, friendly staff, and spacious pool area with 2 hot tubs. The hotel is conveniently located near all of the theme parks and has clean facilities with adequate parking.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the great location in Lake Buena Vista area right besides a beautiful lake. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and had all the necessary kitchen utensils and facilities, making it convenient to prepare meals. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast which was a great bonus.
All in all, our stay at this hotel was fantastic and we had no complaints whatsoever.

The facilities were beautiful and the price was an incredible value. The free shuttle service to Magic Kingdom was a plus! The Starbucks and Cici's pizza facilities in front of the condo were also nice extras, as well as the Mini-Golf course (although we didn't have time to enjoy this).

It's close to outlets and Disney. We stayed in the two bedroom deluxe. It was great to have a furnished kitchen and Walmart was close by to buy food/souvenirs. Good value for the money.
The room sleeps eight but they don't provide enough towels/toiletries for this many amount of people.
